Our stylish western modern two story townhome is part of a gated apartment community. Here you will find upgraded units with completed modern decor including kitchens with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, modern cabinets, and plank flooring. Just minutes from great shopping, dining and entertainment. Easy access major Interstates and Highways like I-20, I-30 and Hwy 183. You will also find amenities including a swimming pool private to our community, a gym, and business center.
This unit features a big upstairs loft style bedroom, with a king bed, two nightstands, a desk and chair, an en-suite bathroom, and a closet. The couch in the living room converts to a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Super fast 300 mbps Wi-fi as well.
Your reservation includes a parking space directly in front of your front door. If you have more than one car, it is easy to find nearby parking for any additional cars.
You will have private access to the entire townhome. The communal areas within the complex are shared with other residents and guests of the complex (pool, grills, gym, business center, etc...)

Pool Hours are 10:00am-8:00Pm we ask that you follow pool area rules.
No glass items allowed in pool area.
No alcohol allowed in pool area.
No children under age alone in pool area. All kids 16 yrs. & Under Must be SUPERVISED by a 21yr. or older at all times!
1 visitor allowed per lease holder.
No parties allowed in pool area.

If you're here for a TCU Game, Art Exhibits, a concert or event at Dickies Arena, a trip to the Zoo, it's all within minutes. Downtown, 7th street, Magnolia, Dickies Arena, and the famous Fort Worth Stock Yards are all just a few minutes away.
Also if you're here for an event in Arlington to see a Dallas Cowboys game, the Texas Rangers play, or a day at Six Flags, Arlington is only 15 minutes. Dallas is about 30 minutes.
We recommend having a car. However, Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are readily available in the area. City buses also run nearby.
