You’ll find nightstands on both sides, ample space for personal items, and convenient access to an en-suite bathroom. There is also built-in storage and closet space to easily unpack and settle in.

The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with queen-size beds, making them ideal for additional guests or families. Both rooms include closets and bedside surfaces, providing practical storage and comfort during your stay.

The kitchen is a standout feature, fully upgraded with sleek white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and modern finishes. It includes a full-size refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a spacious quartz countertop island that doubles as a prep space and casual dining area with bar seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and essentials for preparing meals at home.

You’ll find high-quality appliances and essentials including a Vitamix blender, KitchenAid mixer, toaster, Cuisinart food processor, Ninja air fryer toaster oven, Instant Pot, and a coffee maker

To help you make the most of your time outdoors, we provide beach essentials, including 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, a boogie board, towels, and a selection of other small beach items.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo.

You’ll also have access to the underground parking space for your convenience. The outdoor shower, grill, and fire pit are for use by any of the residents of the condo complex, which only has 5 units.

Please note that any locked closets or storage areas are reserved for owner use.
