The area offers a relaxed beach lifestyle with easy access to pristine shores, golf, dining, and shopping. Known for its safety and small-town charm, it’s a prime spot for both vacation and year-round living.
Daytona Beach Shores is a walkable and bike-friendly community, with easy access to the beach, shops, and dining. Public transportation options include Votran buses, which provide routes along Atlantic Avenue and to nearby areas. Major roadways like A1A and Dunlawton Avenue connect to I-95 and I-4 for quick trips to Daytona Beach, Orlando, and beyond. The Daytona Beach International Airport is about 20 minutes away, offering convenient air travel options

Parking is limited to the garage and driveway only. The few spaces in the middle are reserved strictly for day guests and maintenance teams. No overnight parking is allowed in these middle spots; vehicles parked overnight will be towed at the owner's expense.
New trash dumpsters have been installed. Please place all trash bags directly into the dumpsters, not left outside. Signs have been posted on the trash enclosure doors as a reminder.

Perfect townhome for a family with small children and spacious enough that everyone could have a little private space. A Short walk to the beach and within a short driving distance to many loved restaurants and attractions. Alan was the perfect host and very responsive.
