This unit has a private entrance and it's own front door which is accessed through the front patio. The living room has a couch and ottoman, the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need. The bedroom each has a queen bed.  The smart TV in the living room gets all of the major streaming services.

You will have private access to the entire place.

Imperial Beach, one of San Diego's historic and vibrant communities, is perfectly situated just 5 miles north of the Tijuana border. It boasts a 4-mile stretch of beach ideal for surfing, sport fishing, beach volleyball, and coastal horseback riding.

The unit is conveniently located a few blocks from the San Diego Bay and IB pier, with easy access to Coronado, San Diego, and Tijuana.

Nearby, you'll find big-box retail stores, restaurants, the Blue Line transit, gas stations, and other traveler essentials.

Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area. For public transit options, you can take the Blue Line train/trolley from the nearby Palm Avenue Station or catch a bus to downtown San Diego or the Tijuana border.

Alan and the team quickly resolved this issue when asked for clarification. If you arent a local, Imperial Beach can be a little sketchy. This location (usually anything west of 13th St) is usually pretty safe. Patrol helicopters did frequent the area." (10/5)
