New trash dumpsters have been installed. Please place all trash bags directly into the dumpsters, not left outside. Signs have been posted on the trash enclosure doors as a reminder.

Great location to beach awesome place for a family.
We loved Alan’s place! We were in town for a family member’s celebration of life and it was a great location for events in Ponce Inlet as well as Daytona Beach. The place was very spacious which allowed my sister, brother, niece and I plenty of space to spread out. We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!
