New trash dumpsters have been installed. Please place all trash bags directly into the dumpsters, not left outside. Signs have been posted on the trash enclosure doors as a reminder.

We enjoyed our stay! The townhouse was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space! It was stocked with everything we needed. A short walk across the street made it easy to get to the beach. The townhouse was conveniently located to get to the Ocean Center, our reason for the trip, as well as shops and dining. The kids really enjoyed the gameroom during those afternoon thunderstorms! We would stay here again if we return to Daytona Beach!
The house that Alan is renting is just like as it is described and shown in pics. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets etc. (we didn't need them) and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and it is definitely walkable distance to the beach. Overall, I would rent the place again.
