This studio is perfectly located to experience all Mission Beach has to offer. Steps from Mission Bay and Mission Beach, the space features a Murphy bed which folds out into a living room that has a new couch, flat screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen featuring the basics, and two counter height stools for dining.  The front patio is shared with one other unit that is directly next door also on the second story.  It has a gas grill and gas fire pit, plenty of seating as well as outdoor table. Also included are beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella.

This stretch of Mission Beach is the epitome of an amazing beach vacation. With access to Mission Bay and Mission Beach within seconds, every water sport you can think of is within reach. During the days, you'll see bikers, scooters, rollerbladers, runners, and walkers enjoying both the bay-side and beach-side boardwalks. Both beaches offer something for everyone, from the calm beach of the bay to the roaring beach of the Pacific. The area has endless dining options, great beach bars, a nearby beach front amusement park, grocery stores and markets.  Everything you'll want to access is walk-able and you can easily rent bikes and scooters nearby.

Uber and Lyft are very popular around here and you can get a ride within minutes since they generally hang around Belmont. Electric Scooters (Birds) are also a popular and convenient option. In addition, bikes are great for the boardwalk and there are multiple places to rent them nearby.

The balcony are shared and not personal / private which is sometimes Improtent for pepole . There is a construction goin on next to their unit never mention to me . And the host not communicate at all which it’s red flags for this type of situation. I have been renting many times and never had this bad experience before . Don’t close this place before you see that in live to double check that the right thing to do if you coming with family or if you over the age of hinging out and just be drunk all day . Bad experience no safe and really really bad host , that why that saying “non refundable “ so after this they will tell you that the money won’t be back to your account My mom was so stress and scared we arrive after 7 h drive and we left to another area because of that" (2/5)
